Brian has over 35 years of fire service experience, including strong leadership and mentoring skills that he passionately shares with others. He has a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, an Associate's degree in Fire Command Administration, and a certificate in Municipal Management. He realized extraordinary success in achieving health & wellness this year and has committed to paying it forward by coaching others to reach and surpass their goals. Diane
As a Certified Health Coach, Diane is committed to health and hope, community and connection. She is an educated, caring professional. Diane is certified through the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education and the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University, in partnership with Optavia, and is prepared to walk your health journey with you. Diane also has a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She shows up with a deep passion for those ready to transform their mental, physical, and/or financial health. She will encourage and inspire you while building community and connection along the way.

Coaching Philosophy and Practice

We work with clients to develop effective strategies to create healthy habits. We empower them to improve their health & wellbeing and to reach their personal goals. We believe sustainable change begins with learning and understanding not only current behaviors and their root causes, but also the micro steps that can be taken each day to break free from the past and take control of one’s health. Instead of endlessly suffering through illness and extra weight, clients are empowered to make the changes necessary to live a full, vibrant life. Healthy longevity is an important goal with our clients. We bring our clients into community with others on a similar journey, and together we provide resources to overcome obstacles when they arise. For clients suffering from chronic conditions, we offer personal support, encouragement and accountability, as well as knowledge in how to take proactive steps to improve their health. We provide personalized mentoring to help build confidence in taking care of their own wellbeing. We coach rather than rescue, and develop meaningful relationships so you do not have to go through your journey alone. We take a positive, proactive approach in helping you establish and meet your personal health goals. We educate and encourage healthy habits. Together we problem-solve and develop plans to set clients up for success with challenging situations like food sensitivities or allergies, cravings, navigating social gatherings where food is a central component, etc. We are strong advocates for self-care and provide resources to be successful in improving your health. We conduct weekly check-ins and review successes and challenges from the previous week, set goals for the coming week, and discuss events that may get a person off-track. Together we explore the “Why” behind improving your health. This is your ultimate reason that drives you to get, and stay, healthy. Your Why is what will help you push through difficult times. Our goal is to help you live out your “Why” with passion and purpose. Our holistic approach helps clients discover their strengths, address challenges, and overcome obstacles in life. This is accomplished through authentic, mindful communication that encourages people to improve their health by changing habits and being advocates for their own needs.
